A Personal Care Worker (PCW) / Assistants (PCA) provides essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. This includes helping with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and emotional support, primarily in aged care, disability, and community settings.
To work with Pacura Care Australia, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Valid work rights in Australia
Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification
Evidence of vaccinations (e.g., influenza, COVID-19)
Manual handling training (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in personal care
