Their role includes helping with daily activities, promoting independence, supporting social participation, and delivering person-centred care in home or community settings.
To work with Pacura Care Australia, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
Valid work rights in Australia
Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification
Evidence of vaccinations (e.g., influenza, COVID-19)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Demonstrated experience in disability or community support
